Aimee Oelrich is an absolute bulldog! I mean that in the most positive way imaginable. She's always at least two steps ahead of everyone else. Every time I asked a question, she already had it handled. Even when she called with some unavoidable hurdles, she already had the fix for it handled and it was no longer a problem. She doesn't mince words, she lays the facts out straight and to the point. She knows what she's doing and she's prepared for anything. Zero chance I would ever work with another realtor as long as Aimee is in the game.

Aimee was amazing. The strategy she used showing our home was brilliant and brought in 7 offers and a sale $10,000 over asking price!! Definitely recommend her and Bosshardt!
