Perry is driven to see the right things happen for the seller. He sets realistic and highly informed expectations for what my home would sell for, and he navigated some difficult challenges in our selling process (two canceled offers that had nothing to do with the condition of our house). Given that he's been helping sellers (and buyers) for a long time, he has a ton of great contacts (contractors, inspectors, etc) that he's nurtured that will help tremendously in the sales process. You won't go wrong with Perry either as a buyer or seller.

I have done business with Perry quite a few times - both for our family's personal residence and for rentals. Perry is both very experienced and knowledgeable when it comes to buying and selling real estate, but he's also personable and easy to work with. PERRY MCDONALD HELPED ME FIND MY HOME IN 2014 WHEN I FIRST MOVED TO GAINESVILLE. HIS MARKET EXPERTISE AND NEGOTIATION SKILLS WERE INSTRUMENTAL IN HELPING ME SECURE A WONDERFUL HOME.
