This is a response for Kevin Banes, not Bosshardt. I wouldn't necessarily recommend Bosshardt to anyone, but I would certainly recommend Kevin to anyone. He is very responsive (no matter the issue), which is not common amongst realtors. Also, in an era of everyone wanting to be a realtor, there are so few professionals in the industry. Kevin is a professional. 5

This is my second time using Kevin to help us find a house and just like the first time he was great to deal with. He listened to what we wanted and found us several properties to look at. He was always responsive and super knowledgeable about the market. He is currently our realtor for selling our old house and he has been great to deal with as a seller too! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor!
