Karina's expertise on finding me a perfect place after she asked me what I was looking for, is exceptional. She found me a home in Gainesville that it is better than any I would have dreamed of. Dustin definitely negotiated the best price possible and addendums. He is a MASTER of the deal.

I would like to say that Dustin Simms is by far one of the best if not the best realtor agent I have ever seen in my 18 years of buying and selling real estate I have sold at least three homes on my own this time I elected to go with Dustin and I am very glad I did. In fact I am so pleased. I want to recommend him to everyone that I speak to, if I could give him a higher rating, then five stars I would. He is the best!
