Sage Alfonso and Kim Bosshardt worked extremely hard for close to 10 months in support of my purchase of a commercial building in Gainesville. I dropped the ball initially by failing to sign something, but after that hiccup everything was quick and easy. Sage was willing to do more than expected, like offering to cut grass.
