Claudia Hardy was excellent all throughout the process of selling our condo in Gainesville. We live out of area and Claudia made sure the condo was ready for showing, marketed the condo effectively and got us through a very quick sale with ease. This whole process from realtor sales contract signing to closing was completed within a month and a half, which for us, was an amazing feat. I highly recommend Claudia Hardy for any and all real estate needs.
