Aaron Bosshardt is a contradiction. On one hand, he holds himself and everyone around him to the absolute highest standards, yet he is so approachable! It is amazing to watch him laugh and enjoy time with with his staff in such a relaxed atmosphere at the office, all the while always going the extra mile and expecting us to do the same.I appreciate that everytime I go to him with an issue, he gives me an indepth understanding of the problem and a couple of possible solutions. He doesn't take over, but rather empowers me to do what I need to for my customers. Right now, Aaron has his finger on the current pulse of the market and our community, but his forward thinking already has him planning for the market we will have five years from now. Rather than dreading the technological changes headed our way, he embraces them and finds ways to equip us. Where else does one find the knowledge base, the understanding, the sense of humor that Aaron Bosshardt encompasses? The man is a contradiction. One we are blessed to have.

There is only so much time and so much to write! Aaron has taught me so much, whether he realizes it or not. He has given his time, shared his knowledge and wisdom often. Most recently, I had 2 investment properties under contract, representing the Buyers. The Seller, Seller's agent and Property Manager after several attempts, refused to provide all of the necessary documents for the tenants in place, rent rolls, leases, etc., and even told me they did not have keys to any of the tenant's units. The Title company was not much help either. Upon closing, I realized there were many issues. When I could not get the Seller's agent to cooperate or respond appropriately, I called Aaron. He got involved immediately. He assisted me in getting all the required documents, etc. from the Seller/Landlord, while I worked with the Title Company, so we could close both transactions properly. The Buyer's were very pleased with the end result, which was achieved thanks to Aaron working with me to get everything resolved amicably. Aaron's door is always open, no matter how busy he is. Aaron answers calls, texts, emails faster than Superman, it truly amazes me. I think he and Kim have a bet going on who is quicker to respond! Aaron has my full respect, trust and gratitude. I am proud to work for a man who is truly honest, moral and decent. Thank you Aaron for all you do and all your support, it matters.
