We live out of state and happened to receive a flyer in the mail from Bosshardt Realty and decided to contact them. We were looking for someone to help us sell our property in Florida; we needed someone who would be familiar with the local trends and climate where our property was located. I can't imagine going through the home buying process with any other realtor besides Jill Dumas. As a single, first time home buyer, the process seemed incredibly daunting and overwhelming but Jill was there for me every step of the way. Before I even started looking, she met with me and taught me all the ins and outs of the process and what to expect at every step. She was quick to respond to any question I had and was extremely knowledgable about every aspect of the home-buying process. She made me feel like I was her priority and really went above and beyond to make things run as smooth as possible and help me get a house that is perfect for me. I couldn't recommend her enough to anyone looking to buy or sell a house!

I was very pleased with Mr Valencia's handling of my purchase of the ninth street Gainesville land. I will have some additional real estate transactions in the not so distant future and I am planning on asking Mr. Valencia to handle them..
