Davin was friendly and professional. It was a pleasure working with him and the team at Bosshardt. It was greatly appreciated how Kim and the team got involved when needed to resolve issues to help close the deal. We would recommend them without hesitation.

Todd made me feel so relaxed and confident that he had my best interest in mind. i thought I would have to have my brother who lives in ST. Augustine be with me every step of the way, but iti was completely unnecessary because Todd did such a great job. I will always be grateful. I also really appreciated his recommending Mark Bradfield for repairs, I think he an fix everything. Mike Ferguson was also recommended for the estate sale and he has been great helping me prepare for that.

Abby did a great job in selling our unit in Capstone Quarters. It was challenging at times with the tenants. She went above and beyond our expectations.
