The facts speak for themselves: My house was for sale with another popular Gainesville realtor for 8 months without closing. I hired Buz and Claudia, and within a couple of weeks, they had the house freshened up and back on the market. It was under contract quickly, and we closed the house a little over a month after they re-listed it. When there were issues on the way to closing, Buz and Claudia were on top of everything, helping to problem solve and get the sale done. The entire Bosshardt realty team was outstanding, and I felt cared for and guided by their expertise. Thank you so much for helping me finish this chapter of my life so I can start the next.
