My experience with Claudia Hardy and Buz Bireline was amazing.
I would recommend them to anyone. I have worked with a number of realtors in my time, but none as professional and timely as Claudia and Buz.
They treated me with care and respect and always had clear and open communication.
They did a beautiful job selling the property I inherited from my brother.
I always knew what was happening and always knew our next step.
They sold my brother's house in little over a month. I can't believe how quickly everything happened and how easy they made it.

Dustin has been great. And so has Jarrett. There are few things about Bosshardt that bother me though. You represented both me as the seller and you also represented the buyer. Nobody ever asked if that's OK with me, to wear both hats as it is not as competitive. I still trusted Dustin, but it was just snuck in there that Bosshardt represents both sides. I also negotiated a 5% commission, 3 for Dustin, and 2 for a buyers agent. A buyer's agent does by far less work than the seller's agent is my logic and this is our 6th home. Yet you split the commission I paid 50/50. I'm paying this bill and you did not do as I asked, or even asked to change it.

Heather is so trustworthy! since she helped my son brought his home two years ago , I ask her to find me a house very close to him . SHE DID !ππ»ππ»im so happy that she kept that promise . Also all the referrals she gave me are excellent , Everything went smoothly, I donβt think I can find a better realtor than Heather . Thank you .
