Everyone at Bosshardt is very Professional, Responsive, Patient, super nice. Dustin, Jarrett, Tracey, Kim and Carolina were extemely helpful. Dustin and Jarrett addressed all of my concerns and guided me through everything. They were always Ávalos le for me. Dustin Sims is the man! He was incredibly patient and motivated. Kept an awesome positive attitude the entire time. When the deal starts to get squirrelly and you start stressin, he stays calm and helps ease your mind within his control. I would recommend him over and over and over again. I bought a house 24 years ago and it was not a pleasant experience. After paying rent the last 7 years I decided to look into buying. After looking online and then setting up a couple of in person viewings, Dustin Sims became my agent. The entire process was flawless. Dustin explained to me each step along the way. If I called, texted, or emailed he responded very quickly. One thing about Dustin that makes him superior is his enthusiasm. I can tell he very much enjoys his work. He seems to have definitely found his career calling. His knowledge of the real estate business and people skills serve him and his company well. I would definitely recommend him.
