This was the 1st time for me, selling a house. To complicate matters the house is in Florida and I live in Texas. I inherited it from my Father. It was a difficult time with my dad having recently passed. Heather and Autumn at Bosshardt Realty Services were absolutely fantastic. They literally took care of everything to include the clean out and mailing some pictures left behind and an exact scale replica of an 1780 British Field Cannon that my father hand crafted (irreplaceable family heirloom). All I had to do was get paperwork notarized and sent to the title company. Thats it, Heather and Autumn did everything else. To say they were a Godsend during a very difficult and emotional time for me is an understatement.
