Worst experience I ever had sellingTotally ripped off by the title company of whom I have so far, gone out of my way to recommeded a different one to people that were going to use the one that ripped me off.Mostly 6 digits, but one was 7 q and I won't stop at least until I get a fair shake or reimbursed I know people in construction, real estate etc and am telling ALL of them of my unfair experience.Even showed them the buy vs sell with two different title companiesApprox s $700 differenceMy opinion of bosshardt is legalized thievery Also showed your screenshot of supposedly splitting the cost, but that did not happen either.That's what I get for trusting and not getting an attorney to look at the documentsIf I had, I NEVER would use BosshardtYou either for not following up and making sure of the splitYes, the woman at bosshardt said it wasn't splitAgain,Worst real estate experience I ever had and I won't stay quiet about it.Stewart is far superior

Having Crystal Hassell working with me in finding a home worth making an offer on, considering my budget, was a treat. Oh my God I don't know where to start Crystal hassell has been my REALTOR she has went beyond and above for multiple multiple months in and out of places and always convincing me to have faith that I would find my dream home and I finally found it my stepmother is passing away and I bought her house finally Crystal led me through many heartbreaks many tears many frustrating moments but always reassured me that we got this and I got you she took Saturdays and Sundays and days that she could have been spending with her family to take me and my family around to find a home but we landed it eventually she told me to never give up and she was never going to give up I don't know how to describe what type of realtor she is but she is one of the best I have ever known we need more like her that are there not just for a paycheck she's there from her heart she went to my stepmother's home which is wheelchair-bound on several occasions to make sure that she didn't have to get out and come to sign papers she was truly a blessing to our family and to others she stood by me through tears of joy as we closed on my house I can't thank her enough she is such a wonderful beautiful and has a heart of gold and would give the shirt off her back I just can't express how I feel about Crystal but I love her with all my heart and I appreciate her with every bone in my body if you ever want to sell a home are you ever want to buy a home there is no better person than Crystal hassle with boss heart realty I can't explain the adventure that we went through ups and downs and bumps but she never gave up she thrived and thrived and kept me going and now I have the home of my dreams and I can't think no one but Crystal hassle with boss heart realty I love you and thank you for everything you did for me as a buyer and for my stepmom as a seller in our crucial time of need with this sadness we are experienced with her passing soon

I will always remember and appreciate the day I met her. When I explained the difficulty I wrote as experiencing she immediately stepped up and gave me a completely new and positive experience in my search for a home.
