The only item is the seller on the house we purchased did not give us keys to the house. Mike is actively pursuing this for us. We have faith he will help until this is completed. This was not Mike's fault and should no way reflect his professionalism and help. The seller that listed with Caldwell kept coming up with reasons of not having keys to the house. We feel the Caldwell agent, Sandra, should step in and help.

Amy Yang is very helpful to provide the advices based on her experienced profession. She is responsive and easy to work with. But the paperwork prepared by the title insurance company caused confusions as too many associates involved without proper communication with each other and with clients.
