Loralee was always available, day and night and weekends. If she didn't actually pick up the phone, she was calling back within minutes. She hosted a lunch 'tour' of our home for co-agents that was well attended. While many in the Lake Area have showings only occasionally, we had one showing a week. She interviewed all agents to make sure they understood the uniqueness of our home and often met those realtors here to assure that they saw and understood an 'architect' designed home. When we had a contract go bad, she maintained contact with us and the other realtor and attorney's to assure a smooth transition out of the contract. She was always honest with us even when we were not inclined to agree or when it would not be in her financial interest. We would never hesitate to recommend her to others and should we need to sell in the future AND be motivated, we will use her again.

It is my pleasure to recommend Matt Chapman to anyone looking for an honest, eager, respectful, down to earth, attentive, upbeat, objective, understanding, empathetic realtor. From the beginning of our several month long home search, Matt felt like good family and, by the end, a close friend. He guided us down the rocky path of many ups and downs with pure kindness. Rainbow was super effective. Not only did she sell my house right away, she kept calling me for months earlier to remind me to finish it and get it on the market. If not for Rainbow that house would still be unfinished because it was low on my priority list. Now I have money in the bank instead of an unfinished, vacant liability. THANK YOU RAINBOW!
