When selling or buying a home I have had some problems when it came to realtors. As soon as I found Eddie Bell that all ended. He helped my wife and I find our dream home, and helped us through the selling of our condo. He fights for his clients, and what I loved was that he just told you straight up what the situation was. Would recommend to anyone anytime.

The agent(s) just don't seem to be interested in making the sale for potential buyers on the market. Realtors need to be more attentive to the interests of interested buyers and help to negotiate contracts to assist with those goals and not what they think are the things Sellers want. Just ask us and we'll tell you what we're looking for, and then please listen when we express this. I had heard bad rumors in advance of how Bosshardt only works in the interest of sellers, not buyers, but I never realized that most of the rumors would prove to be true. I will probably not ever be doing business with Bosshardt again as a result.
