I cannot say enough good things about Cathy Lentz and her assistance with me in the recent purchase of my home. It was a particularly tough closing and she navigated the negotiations with the lender and buyer with patience, calmness and professionalism. Without Cathy’s involvement I don’t know if this deal would’ve gotten done! Thank you again to everyone on the Bosshardt team who played a part in making this a reality for me. I will recommend your company without hesitation. Sincerely, Joe Cauthen

Abby sold me my first home! She was easy to get a hold of and quick to communicate with me and the seller to make a smooth transaction. She was as excited for me as I was, and that made it fun and personal!

Thomas MastinI have worked with 8 realtors throughout my life. One was very good but Bunky Mastin was by far the superior realtor. He forever went out of his way to look after my interest. He is a fund of information and helped me with all sorts of things. A feature of Bunky that never showed up to any satisfactory extent in other realtors was his immediate responsiveness. Whatever time of day, he responded right away. Also, he was always helpful and respectful when I showed myself to be inept electronically and technologically. He was just a joy to work with. So kind, so impressive.

Aimee's dedication and responsiveness were remarkable. She kept me fully up to date, adapted quickly, gave me counsel when I asked, and more importantly, offered counsel when she could see I didn't know to ask. She navigated obstacles, faced down challenges, and fought like a banshee on my behalf. As a manager in my company I search high and low to hire people like her, and the next time I am in the real estate market, or am asked for a recommendation, it's Aimee all the way.
