Kevin made our first home purchase a great experience. From finding the perfect home, to suggesting our offer price. He was able to walk us through the process and answer any questions we had. He was very accommodating when scheduling our viewings and worked around our schedules. There were many things that were going on in the background that Kevin just handled. When there were issues he not only informed us but also had suggested solutions. We experienced an issue 10 days before closing with needing a last minute survey. Kevin was able to find a company to complete this in the needed time frame while on vacation in Ireland! When buying your house Kevin is the one you want in your corner!

Best agent ever!! Rainbow is a professional agent and helped me with great efforts in this buying process. This tough buying process was just like a roller coaster in the entire transcation, issues came from the seller side one to another. Rainbow saved this almost break-up transcation into a well done! The closing would not be happen without Rainbow and her professional teams' great efforts put into, all difficulties were solved one by one professionally! Rainbow tracked each steps meticulously, worked and answered email for follow up even in midnight. I truly appreciate and respect her professionalism and hope everything goes well with her!

Genile was Awesome from before we started the journey to sell and purchase at the same time. She was on point from beginning to the last day down to signing of the house we sold and the same on the house we purchased . She was always available for any questions, emails or text unless she was driving of course. I would and will be recommending Genile and Bosshardt to anyone looking for a Realtor.
