We can’t speak highly enough about our seller’s experience with Abby Basci! Abby was professional and prompt to answer any of our questions, and she’s very knowledgeable about the Gainesville real estate market. Abby helped us to see the true market value of our home and encouraged us to list the house for more than we originally thought. We’re so grateful we listened to her, as the house ended up selling over asking price. When we saw our listing we were blown away. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. We listed the house on Friday, Abby hosted an open house on Saturday, and we had multiple offers to choose from on Sunday. Rainbow is amazing! I'm a returning client and will be returning to her in the future. She's very knowledgeable. If she doesn't know something, she's very quick to find out the answer!
