I am so thankful Genile was my realtor. She worked very hard and advocated many times on my behalf. When it appeared that a situation would go south Genile stepped in and corrected the problem. Genile took the time to listen to what I needed and wanted and I got more than I could have dreamed. If you want a realtor who has the patience of a saint, Genile Morris is your realtor.

Ken Cornell is an incredible realtor. Moving to Florida from a different state, we easily could have had challenges with communication and understanding the market, but Ken never let that happen. He was on top of everything and helped us feel confident in our choices, while giving us the flexibility to decide how we wanted to navigate negotiations. He gave excellent recommendations about the market and helped us navigate virtual showings and all the timelines we needed to meet, while keeping up a positive and patient attitude. We really enjoyed working with him and recommend him in absolutely every aspect!

I needed to find a home in Gainesville near campus but not in a student area. It needed to be just right - certain size, low maintenance, light and bright. Eddie and Lauren were the most patient, kind, knowledgeable people and spent multiple days/weeks helping me find just the right spot. They knew what houses would work for the vision I had, what changes could be made at different properties I considered, and somehow they found exactly what I need and I’m excited to be moving soon. There’s no way I’d have gotten just the right house to call home if I had been working with someone else, I’m convinced of it.

For the past year I wanted to list my house for sale because of returning to school. I was aphrensive because the property needed to be updated. However, Genile advised that I could sell the property AS-IS. Thank God, I sold the house when I did because I definitely got a sweet deal with Genile!Although, I was selling and not purchasing, Genile and Bosshardt Title provided a seamless process while quarantining. I look forward to purchasing properties with Genile in the future.
