It is my first time buying a home and I was lucky to have Amy (Yu Yang) as my realtor. She was very helpful in answering my questions and understanding of my situation. It is great that she knew Mandarin as she could communicate to my parents, who played a role in purchasing the property. Her responsiveness and foresight were of extreme value as without it, I believe the purchase would have been much more stressful. From the beginning, she told me the steps on purchasing the home (find lender, rate shop, home inspection, closing etc.) which guided me through the process so I did not need to spend much time to research. It was important to me that she was able to accommodate to both my parents and my schedule. I am satisfied with her service and would highly recommend her to both new and existing homeowner.
