Tina was always well-prepared with the newest listings, very responsive to all types of communication (phone, text, or email), and on time when meeting up with me. She made herself available for a Sunday morning inspection which is uncommon with most realtors in my experience. When it came time to negotiate, she always had our best interest in mind. Tina exemplifies the meaning of a strong work ethic.

There was a big communication gap and got my signature on the contract which I did not mean to sign eventually created lots of confustion. I thought she is from the seller's side as she has placed her flyers on the seller's property eventually taking the advantage of my ignorace. I intended to sign for only one contract but as I missed looking at the contract paper which was included in a bunch of papers.I came to know about the contract which signed with my ignorance believing her to be the seller's agent turn out to buyer's contract after I purchased the property working with some else. Anyway, this was a learning lesson for reading all types of contracts carefully, Do not trust or assume. Anyway, it was a small amount I just paid.

Eddie Bell worked hard and persevered dealing with some very challenging and frustrating negotiations to bring the sale of all five properties to closing at terms advantageous to us as well as to the buyers. Very professional and skilled negotiator. I am very impressed.

Aaron Bosshardt is a contradiction. On one hand, he holds himself and everyone around him to the absolute highest standards, yet he is so approachable! It is amazing to watch him laugh and enjoy time with with his staff in such a relaxed atmosphere at the office, all the while always going the extra mile and expecting us to do the same.I appreciate that everytime I go to him with an issue, he gives me an indepth understanding of the problem and a couple of possible solutions. He doesn't take over, but rather empowers me to do what I need to for my customers. Right now, Aaron has his finger on the current pulse of the market and our community, but his forward thinking already has him planning for the market we will have five years from now. Rather than dreading the technological changes headed our way, he embraces them and finds ways to equip us. Where else does one find the knowledge base, the understanding, the sense of humor that Aaron Bosshardt encompasses? The man is a contradiction. One we are blessed to have.
