Ciara is truly amazing! She walked my wife and I through the whole home buying process with so much patience and attention. We felt she was the right person to help us find our dream home since the very first beginning. We recently bought our dream home and that was only possible because we had her by our side at all times! We visited so many places before finding our new home and she was always there, with a very positive and professional attitude, to show us the pros and cons of each place, which was decisive for us to make an informed decision. Once we found the dream house, she guided us through the whole process: inspections, appraisal, getting this and that for the lender, etc., until the closing day, to make sure we would survive to all that paperwork : )Even now that the deal is done, she keeps advising us regarding utilities and other useful things for first time home buyers. Long story short, Ciara is much more than a realtor (the best one in town, btw), she's a friend! Thank you so much for helping us achieve our dream, Ciara!

As first time home buyers, we had zero knowledge of what we were getting into. Ciara is incredibly knowledge, extremely compassionate and has a true heart of gold. In this field, it’s hard to feel and know that a stranger could have your best interest in mind. She is 100% genuine & considerate. I can’t even begin to express her honesty and integrity of working with over the past 6 months. There was no question too big or too small. She’s not only an expert in this field and her spirit is gentle, empathetic & caring. She was constantly looking for homes for us and stayed in fast & close touch. My Agent Amy Yang is great with negotiation, but all the office staff seems like working against her. I am so glad that I called day before the closing, that you guys did ask my bank info and some other important info, and than their title and closing team realized that those documents are missing. SMH.If you wanted to know about property management part that is horrible, after there inspection I found out that tenant was taking shower with the shower curtain and messed up the wall and floor costed me $ 3500.00 and my property manager Anna said inspection went fine and we didn't find anything. I hope the CEO or President of Bosshardt read this and call me. Why, coz of your negligence I have to loose $3500.00. My tenant left 2 months ago, and I haven't receive my Balance amount. SMH.
