Our experience with Bosshardt Realty and our agent, Heather Doughton, was exceptional. We had a fairly complicated property to sell and needed to find that set of potential buyers who would be interested in an executive home on some acreage and several other structures on the property, e.g. a guest house. Heather put together a winning game plan for the marketing of our property which resulted in an offer from a buyer in a timeframe much sooner than we expected. She has a tremendous wealth of knowledge and expertise in real estate transactions. Her advice and counsel was always sound and we really appreciated the fact that she found ways to use all resources available to make our home sale smooth and timely. We were also impressed that the top leadership of the real estate firm, Bosshardt Realty, was actively involved in the sale of our home and it gave us the confidence that there was an effective team effort underway. I would recommend Kristen and Bosshardt Realty to all whom had a house to sell or purchase. Once I decide to make my next purchase I will contact Kristen. She was very professional and responsive in a timely manner. I had a great experience through the whole process of selling my home. Each of your associates I encountered were all responsive in a timely manner and professional throughout the process.

We couldn't have asked for a better realtor to be in our corner for our new home purchase. We had a really bad experience with a realtor a month before and Rainbow was referred to us by Veteran's United. She did everything to go above and beyond to make this process as smooth as it could be. She is VERY knowledgeable and thorough with explanations of next steps throughout the whole process, patient when you ask many questions, and in your corner to make sure you get everything you deserve with your new purchase. She was the perfect balance of caring and professional! I would definitely use her for any purchase in the future!
