Ciara: Arrived for the first meeting with information for the recent sale price of homes in Emerald Woods. After evaluating my home she made suggestions on updates and suggested the sales price. My sons were at the meeting and she sent text messages to them throughout the process. I was very pleased with the work done by her crew for the updates. Ciara is very professional and responded to our questions. My house had multiple offers when listed in November and sold for a great price on December 23, 2021. I was very pleased with her and the relationship with Bosshardt Reality.

Commitment to a situation I was completely unfamiliar with was daunting. Many times I needed extra explanation before I could wrap my brain around the next phase of the many roadblocks before the actual closing.No worries because I was made to feel confident about the process before I hung up the phone, emails and texts. My Experience with Bosshart overall was ok. The first time I went into the Bosshart office some agents were in the lobby and when I walked in, they were looking at me like “why is she here?”(That’s the impression I got). The look on their faces were not welcoming. My agent showed that she was very experienced in Real Estate . Most times she was very straightforward, and cut no corners, sometimes seemed a little rude, towards the end she was friendlier but was very dedicated to her job. I’m super happy to be finished with the process.

Crystal went above and beyond to help us buy our first home! Even though we had issues with our lenders she worked nonstop to get everything figured out and secure the sale. She was super professional and easy to work with and very knowledgeable. If she didn’t immediately know the answer she would find out and get back to us! If we had to go through the process again there is no one else we would want to work with to buy/sell our home!!
