Why Work With Bosshardt Realty Services?
Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:
As first-time homebuyers, we were nervous and unsure of what to expect from the process—but Autumn and Heather made everything feel easy and manageable from start to finish. They were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and always took the time to explain things in a way we could understand. We felt supported every step of the way and knew we had advocates we could trust. Thanks to their guidance, we found the perfect home and actually enjoyed the experience! We truly couldn’t have done it without them.

Heather guided me on the best practices to list my property. Then she took the time to really talk with me about extra nuances that would bring the listing to a whole upper listing level. Bottom line? My home sold within four hours of listing!

Heather gave a ton of recommendations on ways to improve my home and it did wonders! She brought me a contract on my home in just 2 days of it going on the market. I myself am a realtor and did not have the time to list the house on my own. I’m extremely happy I used her and have to say, I couldn’t have done it better myself.

Heather went above and beyond to find us our dream home. We sold our place in S.Fl and were up against it time wise. We drove up 3 weeks in a row to look Friday and Saturday. We saw over 30 houses and Heather was one step ahead every time. We closed on the 17th and we couldn’t be happier!! We’ve used Bosshardt in the past and we highly recommend them, especially Heather if you’re looking for a home in Gainesville.

Heather is an incredible realtor! She was able to sell my house for a great profit in a difficult market during two hurricanes! She offered great advice for getting the house ready to sell. I was impressed by how quickly she fixed things after the inspection. She made things very easy for me. I highly recommend her!
