Ms. Brown was very professional... never hesitated with answering questions no matter how they appeared to sound silly ... very helpful and responsive throughout the entire probate process ... not difficult at all when it came to communicating through calls and emails; received timely responses ... quite knowledgeable and ensured all parties involved understood vocabulary and path needed to push everything thoroughly on its course ... with such a trusting spirit, it made all parties at ease ... on the negotiation process, it's my believe that the buyer and sellers were happy with the result.The heirs had not been in this situation previously, but we were certainly pleased that we were able to work with someone who certainly deserved 5 out of 5; we were extremely satisfied with Ms. Brown's service!!
