Karina Woodward did a wonderful job as my selling agent. She gave feedback on what improvements needed to be made to the home before we put it on the market, gave me a listing of different companies that could help with the improvements, and even helped me make decisions when choosing materials and colors. Her expertise in this area, along with pricing, comps, etc. helped us make a sale in less than 2 months. She is an excellent communicator, is very responsive, and I would highly recommend her.

From the very beginning, she made the home-buying process feel so much less stressful. Her communication was excellent, and no matter how many questions I had, she was always there to answer them quickly and thoroughly. I never felt like I was bothering her, and she made sure I understood everything every step of the way.
She really listened to what I was looking for in a home and took the time to find neighborhoods that fit my needs. She genuinely cared about my safety and finding the right place for me, not just making a sale.
She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and worked hard throughout the entire process. At the same time, she has such a warm and caring personality that it felt like I was working with someone who truly had my best interests at heart. She never gave up, was always responsive, and even surprised me with a thoughtful housewarming gift after closing.

Karina did a wonderful job in helping me secure my new home. She sent me several listings that fit my requirements, and once we settled on THE ONE, she handled everything with the seller's agent, helped get me in touch with a mortgage broker, an insurance broker, and anyone/everything else I needed. The whole process was very smooth, and at the end of closing, I couldn't have been more happy. I would highly recommend her services!

Karina was super helpful with buying our home! We were not able to see homes in person, so we put a lot of faith in Karina’s expertise as she toured homes for us. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable with the decision to put an offer in, and guided us through the negotiation and inspection process smoothly. Overall it was a great experience and was much easier than we expected thanks to Karina!
