Missie Schneider is an excellent real estate agent. Her preparation for my visit to Gainesville was thorough, and she shepherded my niece, her husband, and me easily to the various homes on our list. Gary and Missie are the best. I am so glad that they were the realtors involved in the sale of my condo. They supported me through Every up and down and every situation that occurred. They communicated with me on a regular basis. I don’t live in Florida any longer and if I did I would recommend them with the highest level of certainty. My house sold for more than originally listed and that to me is a testimony of their negotiation skills and dedication to me as seller agent.
