When we decided to make the long distance move from Michigan to Florida we were very concerned about who to contact for a realtor. We could not have gotten luckier when we found Steve and Kristine. They were absolutely amazing. They treated us like family and helped us immensely in finding our forever home in our new state. They worked feverishly day and night to find listings for us that had our specifications on what we wanted our new house to be. Steve drove miles upon miles to meet us for showings always making sure to be there for us should we have any concerns or questions. I could not recommend them enough. Kristine and Stephen are so supportive and guide you through the process with the utmost care. I have used them both buying and selling. Their patience and expertise was so reassuring. They are professional with such a great deal of kindness that is rare. Every detail is taken care of. The contacts they have to do all of behind the scenes work are top notch from listing photos to inspectors.
When buying my home 9 years ago, she worked so hard to find the most perfect place to call home When we sold that house, it was listed on Friday, sold on Sunday! Less than 3 days!! When you want someone who will listen to your needs and guide you expertly, they are the ones to ask.

Kristine is an awesome real estate agent. As soon as I listed with her she had appointments lined up and waiting to see my house! She's thorough, efficient, and can answer any questions or concerns you may have. I would recommend her to anyone. She is the only agent I will use for any future endeavors as well as this one. I believe our searching adventure began back in September 2021 when we first met Kristine. We probably took her to some places she thought she'd never be and viewed some interesting and unique properties over the course of some six months. She stayed with us though the good and bad, day and night, rain and shine, consistently remaining patient and steadfast. Kristine has become someone we call a friend and we could not be happier with her performance in the search for new forever home. THANK YOU SO MUCH, KRISTINE!

Kristine was phenomenal to work with, yet again. Four years ago she was my agent when I purchased this house, and there was no question I would use her when it came time to sell. There were so many curveballs thrown at us and she handled each and every one, many times fixing the problems herself before I even knew there was an issue. I can very definitively state that the closing would NOT have happened on time if it wasn't for her working her magic. She gave great advice the entire time, and was my cheerleader when things felt very frustrating. I would 100% recommend her to anyone, whether you are the buyer or the seller!

This was my first time buying a home and I was very pleased with the service that Kristine provided.
